$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 and 3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Troubleshoot Windows, O365, networking, and wireless connectivity issues, including MFA lockouts Act as the local point of contact for incident analysis, request fulfillment, and problem resolution (~400-900 incidents annually) Support and maintain IT infrastructure across 4-6 facilities, including LAN, wireless, and plant floor systems Travel (10-20%) to backup sites to provide coverage and assist with IT infrastructure needs Participate in and support global/local IT projects (3-5 annually), such as hardware/software rollouts or system upgrades Work closely with plant leadership and global IT teams to plan activities during site shutdowns, ensuring IT systems remain operational Why This Role

This is a hands‑on position where your technical expertise and personality make the biggest impact. You will support ~200-300 users across multiple sites, collaborate with global IT teams, and help drive critical infrastructure projects—all while being the trusted IT partner for the local office. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience 3-5+ years of experience supporting networked PCs in a Windows environment Strong troubleshooting background with Windows 7/10, Office 365, and desktop hardware Working knowledge of networking concepts (VLANs, Cisco switches preferred) Familiarity with Active Directory, PC imaging, and remote support tools Excellent communication skills and a personable, customer‑service mindset – you'll be the face of IT at the site Ability to work in both office and industrial settings and safely handle IT equipment Ability to work onsite 5X days per week (Monday - Friday) Nice To Have

Experience with manufacturing or R&D environments Exposure to project methodologies and working on global IT initiatives Knowledge of BMC Desktop Management or similar enterprise support tools The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
