Our Digital Technology team builds cutting‑edge technology solutions. As a Scrum Master you will guide Agile teams, deliver business‑critical products and cultivate continuous improvement. Job Overview And Responsibilities
The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in guiding Agile teams to deliver high‑quality, business‑critical products. Agile Facilitation – Guide and support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Impediment Removal – Identify, track, and eliminate blockers to team progress through problem‑solving and escalation. Team Coaching – Coach team members and product managers on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Stakeholder Communication – Act as a bridge between product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders. Delivery Oversight – Ensure teams are delivering work in alignment with sprint goals and release timelines. Agile Maturity & Continuous Improvement – Promote and support the adoption of Agile best practices across teams and departments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 4+ years in technology development roles. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Servant leadership and a focus on team empowerment. Experience in a collaborative, cross‑functional Agile environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple teams or projects concurrently. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA). Experience as a scrum master, agile coach, or similar role. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud‑based application delivery. Exposure to Agile transformations and change management. Background in software development or technical project delivery. Base Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $109,820.00 to $142,936.00. Eligible for bonus and/or long‑term incentive compensation awards.
