White Mountain Cable Construction
Support an Aerial Telecom Crew with the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials.
What You’ll Do
Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed
Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed
Ensure door‑tagging and resident notifications are completed before work each day
Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
Perform hand‑digging using shovels and mechanical tools
Direct or flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines
Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after‑hours responsibilities as needed
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
Be 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States for this company
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
Valid state driver’s license (not provisional) with an acceptable driving record
Certified pole climber or willing to become certified
Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus
