Education – Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience. Work Experience
Scrum Master Certification is required 2+ years of experience leading Scrum teams is required 2+ years of IT Project Management experience required 2+ years of experience managing Agile projects required Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Kanban, etc.) is preferred Technical Knowledge and Skills
Agile and SCRUM knowledge and experience required Kanban knowledge is preferred Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills Strong stakeholder relationship management skills Experience using MS Project, MS Office, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence Experience coordinating team work flow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives Strong professionalism and strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities Strong organization, project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments Strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity Strong problem-solving experience in leading teams to identify, research, and coordinate resources to troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues; ability to translate findings into solutions; identify risks and schedule adjustments to support decision-making Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills across a wide audience, including senior and executive management Certifications & Qualifications
Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) required PMP/PMI-ACP certification is preferred
