D365 Business Central Analyst
with a passion for driving digital transformation in retail and distribution? We're looking for someone who can unlock the full potential of Dynamics 365 BC, streamline operations, and help build a roadmap for future enhancements. What You’ll Do:
Lead the development and optimization of
Business Central modules : Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Forecasting, Sales Orders. (Emphasis on Finance) Integrate and manage EDI and API connections to support business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to build a strategic D365 BC roadmap for future enhancements. Train users and create documentation to support adoption and best practices. Leverage
Power Automate
capabilities within D365 BC to improve workflows. Facilitate and run
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Develop and maintain
training manuals
and user guides. What You Bring:
Extensive experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , especially in retail and distribution and finance module. Strong functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations. Hands‑on experience with EDI, API integrations, and sales order processing. Familiarity with Power Automate and CRM integration through BC. Excellent communication and training skills. Bonus: Experience writing training manuals and running UAT. Seniority level
