This is an onsite position and can be based in Clemmons, NC, North Kingstown, RI, or Nashville, TN. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), previously branded as Finance & Operations (F&O), and a strong focus on Sales and Customer Service (quote to cash, sales & marketing, rebate management, and pricing management). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging their deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules to optimize sales and customer service operations. Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document supply chain processes, pain points, and align with D365 FSCM and global standards. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for D365 FSCM solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices to align business needs with D365 FSCM capabilities. Define project scope, ensure alignment with business and project goals. Design scalable and efficient solutions within the D365 FSCM framework to support sales and customer service workflows. Configure and customize D365 FSCM modules, including Sales and Customer Service: quote to cash, sales & marketing, rebate management, and pricing management. Collaborate with development teams to design custom extensions, integrations, and workflows when required. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer service, as well as external resources, to drive project progress and resolve issues. Act as the primary point of contact between business units, technical teams, and external vendors. Support project planning, timeline management, and status reporting to ensure project deliverables align with business goals. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive user adoption. Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Identify, document, and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase to ensure a smooth deployment. Provide post‑implementation support to ensure the smooth operation of D365 FSCM modules. Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements. Stay updated on the latest D365 features and trends, offering recommendations for ongoing optimization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or supply chain management. 7‑10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a focus on D365 FSCM. Extensive hands‑on experience with D365 FSCM, particularly within Sales and Customer Service: quote to cash, sales & marketing, rebate management, and pricing management. Knowledge of D365 FSCM configurations, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations with third‑party systems (e.g., SPS EDI). Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross‑functional teams. Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business scenarios and propose practical solutions. Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address system and process challenges effectively. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Additional Preferred Qualifications
