Operations Manager – Personal Lines
High-growth independent insurance agency is seeking a
hands-on Operations Manager
to lead its Personal Lines division (majority of the agency's business). You’ll oversee an 8–10-person team, coach and develop talent, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a client-first culture.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor personal lines service and sales teams Drive accountability, performance, and operational improvements Work with major Florida homeowner carriers
What We’re Looking For
10+ years insurance experience (Florida personal lines focus) Proven leadership and team management skills Strong market and carrier knowledge Active 2-20 license
Details
Location: In-office, Naples FL Compensation: $125K–$130K + bonus + benefits
