Customer Success Manager Requirements

1–3 years of Customer Service success Proven track record of handling high volumes of calls, emails, texts, and social media messages with speed and professionalism Skilled with CRM platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk Proactive problem-solver who prevents issues before they escalate Strong communicator with polished written and verbal skills Highly organized and detail-focused Willing to travel for occasional site visits or events

Customer Success Manager Skills

Hospitality, reservations, event coordination, or field operations experience Background supporting both in-person teams and remote staff Ability to analyze service reports to spot trends and improve processes Comfortable representing a brand in a professional, positive way Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
