Key Responsibilities

Lead general ledger activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes in coordination with finance and operations teams.

Prepare and review financial statements and internal reports.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting standards.

Partner with site leadership on cost tracking, inventory accounting, and operational reporting.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with the FP&A team.

Participate in special projects and provide ad hoc financial support for business initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong general ledger accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Deep understanding of GAAP and period-close best practices.

Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and finance teams.

Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
