Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accounting & Financial Analyst
Lead FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Perform key general ledger accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Partner closely with site leadership to provide actionable financial and operational insights that drive strategic decisions. Analyze trends and financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains. Support financial reporting, including income statement, balance sheet, and KPI reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Develop and present financial and operational models that support business planning and growth initiatives. Assist with internal controls, audit support, and special projects as needed. Qualifications For The Senior Accounting & Financial Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong blended experience across FP&A and general ledger accounting (manufacturing experience preferred). Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and standard accounting practices. Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership teams. Highly analytical with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-impact role.
