About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client, a reputable financial institution, to hire a Loan Document Administrator. This individual will play a key role in supporting the lending department by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate loan documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
Job Description: The Loan Document Administrator will assist with the preparation and review of loan documentation for both consumer and commercial lending. This position requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of loan processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with lenders, title companies, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review documentation for new, renewed, and modified loans
Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations, TRID timelines, and internal procedures
Partner with lenders and vendors to collect and verify necessary information
Review and manage title commitments, construction documents, and related materials
Handle lien perfection processes, including Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, and UCC filings
Maintain detailed records in loan systems and assist with HMDA reporting
Serve as a resource to lenders for documentation-related questions or issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience preparing TRID-compliant loan documentation
Commercial loan documentation experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and 10-key
