This position is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting operations systems used primarily on the plant floor and by Operations leaders. This includes Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), data collection (Historian), operational reporting and dashboards, and integrations with other company systems. The role also involves utilizing database systems for storing and retrieving data. This position collaborates with Operations Systems/Controls partners, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and contractors to identify opportunities and user needs that enhance safety, operational efficiency, control, and production performance. Responsibilities include designing and developing solutions, system modifications, and enhancements for productivity improvements in line with company standards and industry best practices. It also involves managing projects and contributing to company standards and improvements within the operations systems/controls domain. Note: Schreiber Foods has standardized on the Inductive Automation Ignition Perspective Platform for SCADA. The position is based out of our Green Bay, Wisconsin Home Office. Relocation Benefits:

What You’ll Do: Develop, build, and install SCADA, MES, and information management solutions through programming, scripting, tag configuration, graphics, HMI's, reports/dashboards, and database systems to improve productivity and safety. Design solutions to enhance safety, efficiency, control, and performance by collaborating with users and partners to identify opportunities and issues. Provide support, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance for operations systems, with 24/7 call availability, coordinating with IT, Maintenance, and other teams as needed. Manage project plans and system implementations, considering impacts on production and end users. Document systems and create user training materials. Prioritize system requests and manage a backlog through stakeholder and leadership alignment. Implement and support PLC solutions through programming and communication configurations where appropriate. Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, interpret customer requirements, establish and audit PCPs, CCPs, and SOPs, and review incidents for corrective actions. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years experience in Industrial Control Systems or Manufacturing environment if no degree. 2+ years experience in Operations Systems/Industrial Control Systems (preferred in manufacturing). Skills in SCADA, HMI, MES, Historian, Reporting/Dashboard, and Programming (Ignition platform experience preferred). Hardware/software configuration, architecture, and design understanding. Database skills including SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python. Understanding of PLC concepts and programming logic. Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems and production processes. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to learn new technologies efficiently. Project planning, prioritization, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Additional Benefits:
