As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll help with client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Client Service:

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Account Management:

Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor. Process transactions and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:

Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and help streamline processes and SOPs to execute the branch business plan. Technology:

Proficient with computers and willing to learn new programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
