Family Practitioner - Outpatient Clinic

Location: th Street Ct E, Puyallup, WA 98374 Facility Type: Outpatient Community Health Center Specialty: Family Practice Start Date: August (as soon as credentialed) Contract Length: 3 months, with potential to extend Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week, 8-hour days with 1-hour unpaid lunch) Practice Details:
* Outpatient ambulatory setting in a community health center * Full-time coverage required (40 hours/week) * Scheduled for up to 16 patients/day; may vary with cancellations * Patient population: All ages (newborns to geriatrics) * Providers should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Focus on family medicine, walk-in/acute care, chronic disease management * Interpreter services available; Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus * EMR: EPIC * Practice includes basic procedures: injections, IUD placement, minor wound care * 1-week ramp-up with orientation; expected to begin patient care by Day 3
Support Structure:
* Dedicated medical assistant for each provider * Receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians * Onsite pediatrician at most clinics * Local healthcare administrator oversees timecard submission
Requirements:
* Board Certification: Required * Licensure: Active Washington State license required - no exceptions * DEA: Active WA DEA required * Certifications: To be discussed during credentialing (BLS, ACLS, etc.); provider responsible for obtaining if required * Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP * Must have face-to-face patient contact within the past year * Must have seen pediatric patients face-to-face within the past year * Clean background is mandatory - no malpractice will be considered

* COVID-19 and flu vaccination required * Name clear required - CV must be submitted
