DTC offers premium streaming services with Hulu and Disney+, including originals, current season TV, a large library of hit series and movies, and live television. Our DTC team is looking for impactful team-players to join the Viewer Experience (VX) team, who will thrive on Disney and Hulu’s legacy, embrace unconventional thinking, and contribute to The Walt Disney Company’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience through strategic hard work and determination. Job Summary

The DTC - Viewer Experience (VX) team is seeking a Salesforce & Integrations QA. In this role, you will support VX’s Salesforce platform by developing and executing automated and manual test plans. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce’s features, capabilities, and best practices, and a passion for maintaining quality solutions. You will partner with various departments to coordinate initiatives that deliver on Disney DTC's business goals and objectives. The right person for this role has experience performing comprehensive testing on Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Responsibilities and Duties

Translate acceptance criteria into functional test cases to ensure all requirements are met and develop comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, and regression scenarios Perform test execution and defect reporting using testing tools; monitor and track traceability of requirements/stories to tests executed Analyze, track, report, test, and help resolve production problems Work with internal and external partners to deliver backlog requests and projects in iterative release cycles; conduct ongoing testing and validation to ensure VX application stability Replicate production issues in lower environments to troubleshoot and assist with root cause analysis and triage of defects for quick turnaround Prototype emerging technologies and maintain quality solutions for best-in-class service experiences for viewers and advocates Required Education, Experience/Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; computer science or information technology background is a plus 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Testing and Automation Must have knowledge and experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Documenting and communicating defects with developers and analysts Experience in automated testing frameworks and scripting Experience in Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban) and test automation Ability to partner cross-functionally at multiple levels to ensure quality within timeframes Ability to prioritize based on data trends, business priorities, and legal compliance Strong communication skills for stakeholders at all levels Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed Nice to Have

5 years of experience in corporate enterprise-level QA roles 2+ years of experience automating Salesforce test cases APIs and integration testing with external systems Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Gearset, Copado) Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) and NICE CXOne familiarity Streaming media or subscription-based service experience Experience with global and remote teams Compensation : The hiring range for this position in different regions is $78,900 to $105,700 per year. Actual offers will reflect internal equity, geographic region, and candidate knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and/or long-term incentive units may be provided, in addition to benefits.
