Job Summary The AI Program & Product Lead will drive the coordination and execution of AI initiatives across the Viewer Experience (VX) organization. This hybrid role combines program management rigor with product management vision—overseeing the VX AI roadmap, tracking deliverables, facilitating cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of innovative projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing complex programs, a product‑oriented mindset to shape AI capabilities that meet user and business needs, and the ability to translate emerging technology into meaningful solutions. The individual will play a key role in fostering innovation through structured planning, clear documentation, and effective stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities AI Program Coordination & Roadmap Management
Build and maintain the VX AI roadmap, tracking progress and strategic direction.
Manage project tasks, deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies for key AI initiatives.
Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and schedule project meetings.
Ensure timely execution and documentation of key initiatives across the VX AI portfolio.
Product Definition & Enablement
Define and prioritize AI use cases that align with business objectives.
Evaluate technology solutions that best fit identified use cases.
Document clear requirements and success criteria to guide development and measure outcomes effectively.
Drive development efforts, adapting plans as needed based on feedback and evolving priorities.
Stakeholder Communication & Governance
Communicate AI portfolio updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Present AI progress and plans to various VX stakeholders.
Communicate project status, milestones, and next steps to pilot groups and stakeholders.
Document and guide VX stakeholders through internal AI approval requirements and workflows.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document all AI initiatives across VX to ensure visibility and alignment.
Oversee the AI documentation wiki and centralized storage repository.
Conduct project debriefs and document lessons learned to inform future efforts.
Presentation & Demo Management
Update and manage AI presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
Organize product demos with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
Vendor & Agreement Coordination
Coordinate the review, negotiation, and approval process for third‑party agreements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology management, business, computer science, other tech field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
3+ years of experience aligning business goals and user needs into actionable requirements, driving cross‑functional collaboration and execution through all stages of product development.
Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows, particularly within the CX domain. Proven ability to evaluate and implement AI technologies such as Salesforce Agentforce, NiCE CXone Mpower, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders, with a solid understanding of AI governance and ethical AI practices.
Demonstrates emotional intelligence, actively listens to others, and fosters a positive, inclusive team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive‑level presentations and reports.
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships across technical and non‑technical teams.
Shows a genuine interest in learning, exploring new ideas, and continuously improving.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet), documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and influence decision‑making across diverse teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Ability to work in fast‑paced or ambiguous situations, helping to stabilize and motivate the team.
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA and Glendale, CA is $114,000 to $154,100; in San Francisco CA is $125,800 to $168,700; in New York, NY is $120,300 to $161,300 and in San Antonio, TX is $109,400 to $146,700. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
