Associate Attorney
to join their Las Vegas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nevada-barred attorney to build depth in construction defect and general liability litigation within a stable and collegial environment. Must-Haves
Active license to practice law in Nevada and in good standing 1-2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation Strong legal research, writing, and law & motion skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work on-site at least three days a week (first 30 days fully in-office) Ability to handle pleadings, discovery, and case preparation tasks Nice-to-Haves
Experience in construction defect or general liability cases Familiarity with trial preparation or covering court hearings Interest in long-term stability and growth within a small team Willingness to cover occasional court appearances when needed This Role Offers
