Prospect, qualify, develop business and programs, and close direct sales of AtriCure’s ablation, AtriClip, and cryo nerve block technologies within hospital operating rooms and related departments. Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for your designated territory to meet targets. Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities through networking and collaboration. Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the business. Coordinate with Hybrid Therapies, Cryo Nerve Block teams, and sales leadership to achieve sales goals across functions. Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Education teams to share industry news and gather feedback. Mentor and partner with field clinical specialists for optimal patient and customer outcomes. Attend industry trade shows and events as needed. Manage your territory and track customer activity. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge and experience in cardiac surgery or related fields. Experience with cardiac surgical ablation systems preferred. Proven success in meeting sales quotas. Strong clinical and technical skills. Willingness to travel 25-30% depending on territory. Ability to pass hospital credentialing processes.
