Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing sales of AtriCure’s ablation, AtriClip, and cryo nerve block technologies within hospitals’ cardiothoracic operating rooms and related departments. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to meet targets. Identify new customers and opportunities through networking and collaboration. Expand penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the business. Coordinate with Hybrid Therapies, Cryo Nerve Block teams, and sales leadership to achieve sales goals. Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Education to stay informed on industry trends and provide feedback. Partner with clinical specialists to ensure optimal patient and customer outcomes. Attend industry trade shows and events as needed. Manage your territory and track customer activity. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge and experience in cardiac surgery or related fields. Experience with cardiac surgical ablation systems preferred. Proven success in meeting sales quotas. Strong clinical and technical aptitude. Willingness to travel 25-30% depending on territory. Ability to pass hospital credentialing processes.
