Full-time / Work from home Responsibilities: Leverage existing customer relationships and continuously expand your book of business. Identify clients' transportation needs and develop optimal solutions. Utilize lead generation tools to find valid prospects and decision makers. This role is ideal for a proactive 'hunter' with a strong work ethic. Take ownership of your success and earnings! Experience: At least 2 years of logistics sales experience, targeting customers involved in FTL, LTL, Drayage, LCL, Ocean, Air, and Warehousing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging in meaningful conversations rather than just pitching products. Deep understanding of the domestic supply chain. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., with high-level task management skills. Proficiency with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, LinkedIn, etc. Ability and motivation to work independently while being accountable for performance. This position offers a competitive base salary.
