Job Title
Sous Chef – Banquets & Catering Responsibilities
Direct supervision of day‑to‑day banquet operations. Understand professional kitchen concepts and maintain teamwork. Guide, instruct, and develop cooks in their roles. Ensure quality appearance, taste, and daily monitoring. Control cleanliness, sanitation, walk‑ins, and proper food rotation. Implement new menus and oversee proper introductions. Maintain accurate administrative records and complete projects on time. Work in an organized, proactive fashion. Daily walk‑through all kitchens and rotation checks. Check mise en place and food quality daily. Organize recipe file and keep it updated. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in a high‑volume hotel or restaurant catering. Ability to give direction, manage, train, and supervise. Knowledge of butchering, sauces, soups, and cooking of meat, fish, and vegetables. Seniority level
