Sales Advisor , you’ll be the face of our business, helping customers care for their cars and selling our memberships. This role combines customer service with sales, requiring engagement, needs assessment, and confident recommendations. You’ll Be Responsible For Explaining car wash options and promoting memberships to drive sales. Upselling services by communicating benefits. Preparing and loading cars into the wash and assisting with self-cleaning options. Maintaining site cleanliness and functionality for a superior customer experience. What You Bring A positive personality with a passion for sales and customer service. Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and recommend products. Quick learner with good retention of product knowledge and safety guidelines. The energy to stand, move, and engage with customers for extended periods. Basic Requirements Must be at least 16 years old. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. We offer a fun, active outdoor workplace with opportunities to develop skills, a competitive pay structure with base plus commission, health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, free car washes, and career growth opportunities.
