Responsibilities

Be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region and drive adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology.

Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians (e.g., cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners) and other clinical stakeholders.

Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway; develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization (sales, marketing, market access, product, clinical teams); coordinate program development activities and events (e.g., physician meetings, road-shows, VIP visits).

Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians; promote Heartflow and build advocacy.

Travel approximately 20-25% from a home office as needed.

Measure success based on performance in active/targeted accounts (quota attainment, cCTA growth, FFRct penetration and case growth).

Qualifications

Proven sales skills and a track record of sales achievement.

Account development experience; ability to build and support strong clinical programs is preferred.

Clinical/technical proficiency with the ability to grasp new information and communicate it to customers.

Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders (administrative and clinical) to drive awareness and adoption of the cCTA/FFRct pathway.

Cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate field and HQ resources for program development and customer support.

Customer-focused mindset and ability to explain medical technologies to health care professionals.

Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology preferred.

Self-motivated, organized, with strong problem-solving and professional communication skills.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.

Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.

Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.

Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Compensation The base compensation range is between

$125,000 - $140,000 , depending on geographic location and experience. This role is eligible to earn variable/commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) being

$200,000 - $215,000 .
