The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the North Central Region is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sales execution, distributor and retail expansion, and regional team development across a multi-state territory. The RSM will play a key role in implementing regional sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, ensuring field performance, and building the Delta Beverages brand in a rapidly expanding market. Core Responsibilities

Regional Sales Strategy & Execution Lead revenue and distribution growth across states in the North Central Region. Build and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies focused on velocity and brand placement. Implement and adapt national sales initiatives to regional market dynamics. Manage execution of launches, seasonal promotions, and trade activations. Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational support and marketing campaigns with sales efforts. Develop and strengthen distributor partnerships with clear performance expectations. Secure priority placements, merchandising support, and sales incentives. Partner with distributors and sales teams to open and support key accounts. Target high-opportunity markets for expansion based on trends, demand, and legislative updates. Team Leadership & Performance Management Manage and develop State Managers and local sales reps across the North Central region. Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs around velocity, ACV, new accounts, and volume. Conduct field visits, training, and performance coaching. Collaborate with the VP of Sales on incentive design and team structuring. Data-Driven Execution Use CRM systems to track pipeline development, sales activity, and territory growth. Analyze regional performance metrics to inform strategic shifts and execution priorities. Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights to sales leadership. Monitor distributor reporting and ensure accurate data capture and transparency. Qualifications and Requirements

7+ years in sales leadership roles within the beverage alcohol or CPG industries. Demonstrated success managing distributors and sales operations across multiple states. Experience with 3-tier distribution systems and retail partnerships. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Competency in CRM tools and performance analytics. Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the region. Preferred Skills

Prior experience in THC/cannabis, functional beverage, or highly regulated consumer goods. Strength in brand building and premium positioning strategies. Ability to thrive in dynamic and entrepreneurial work environments. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into field-level action. Collaboration and Partnerships

Work closely with VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, Operations, and other Sales Leadership. Align with Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams on territory execution plans. Serve as the regional point of contact for distributor relationships and key account partners. Benefits
