The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Southeast Region is a critical leadership role responsible for growing sales, expanding distributor and retail partnerships, and leading local sales teams across a diverse multi-state territory. Core Responsibilities Lead revenue growth across the Southeast Region with strategic focus on local conditions. Create and implement go-to-market plans to accelerate account acquisition and SKU velocity. Align regional efforts with national sales goals and brand priorities. Execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with measurable outcomes. Ensure retail excellence in execution through operational alignment. Strengthen distributor relationships to drive executional excellence and secure account placements. Optimize product availability, merchandising, and promotional alignment. Activate high-value retail accounts (on- and off-premise) with a focus on premium placement. Collaborate with State Managers to accelerate sell-through and category leadership. Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities based on market potential and regulatory changes. Qualifications and Requirements 7+ years of sales leadership in the beverage alcohol or CPG sector. Strong history of managing distributor networks and multi-state territories. Deep understanding of 3-tier systems and retail chain management. Proficiency in data tools, reporting software, and sales operations platforms. Track record of achieving stretch revenue goals and closing strategic accounts. Willingness to travel extensively across the region. Leadership acumen Preferred Skills Knowledge of the THC/cannabis, functional beverage, or regulatory industries. Experience leading teams in high-growth or start-up environments. Strong brand-building, product positioning, and premium sales strategy execution. Familiarity with regional compliance and distribution logistics.
