We\'re looking for a dynamic Belgard Regional Sales Manager to lead our team and drive growth across the region. This is a leadership role focused on sales strategy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve and exceed company goals.
Job Location
This position is remote and this person needs to live in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio or Indiana.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets, driving profitable growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Develop and execute annual sales plans, define key metrics, and track progress against targets.
Build and maintain deep relationships with major accounts, identify opportunities for new business, and ensure customer needs are met.
Monitor market trends, assess product portfolios, and contribute to new product introductions.
Collaborate with production and operations to ensure product quality, availability, and demand alignment.
Oversee sales-related administrative tasks, including managing special orders and ensuring efficient processes.
Identify new opportunities, markets, and customers to expand the company\'s footprint.
Manage sales cost structure, balancing staffing, marketing, and travel to drive ROI.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree (or advanced) in Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Outside Sales or Sales Management experience, preferably in building materials or hardscapes.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, focusing on results, professional growth, and customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of market trends, sales analytics, and data-driven strategy pivots.
Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven sales decision-making.
Ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight stays within the region).
Compensation
Base salary $105,000-$125,000 plus annual bonus.
