Hiring an Aftersales Specialist to support the US Sales Operations team, focusing on Aftersales Strategy. The role involves coordination with Regions/Field Teams and Suppliers, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities include:
Aftersales Dealer and Field Support:
Providing consultation and resolution for Aftersales initiatives supporting non-Field and 360 Multi-Point Dealers.
Facilitating and presenting training with new Aftersales Field teams and HQ SME support.
Aftersales Launch Readiness:
Updating Regional Service Teams on TAC AC Cases, Shipments, Connected Services Deactivations, and summarizing recent changes.
Supporting BFU Certification through GM Retail Support and GM Global Warranty.
Organizing and operationalizing Technician Training and Engagement.
Roadside, Mobile Services, and Pick Up & Delivery:
Supporting program needs of Teams and Suppliers.
Updating program details through Suppliers for Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, and Decals.
Managing enrollment and activation of new Dealers to the program, including paperwork and follow-up.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle difficult discussions and deliver hard news.
Strong analytical skills.
Requirements:
2-3 years of automotive experience (any auto experience acceptable).
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is sufficient.
