Pay Rate $22.26 / Hour
Job Schedule Daytime: Mon 06:30 AM – 06:00 PM, Wed 06:30 AM – 06:00 PM, Fri 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Use the proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across commercial real estate, healthcare, and education environments
Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally at all times
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with site‑specific policies
Report and document any suspicious activity, incidents, or security‑related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors
Assist with emergency response activities as required, including coordination with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
Follow all armed post protocols, including proper handling and carrying of assigned equipment in compliance with Allied Universal and client policies
What We’re Looking For
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available
Minimum Requirements
Active driver’s license
Valid Florida Security License D License and G License
At Least One Of The Following
U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge)
Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate)
Associate’s Degree (60 College Credits on Official Transcripts)
