Overview

Contract Site Supervisor (CSS) – FAA Regional Training Site, Las Vegas, NV. The role is a full-time position with SAIC's Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team, providing air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the FAA Regional Training Site in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities

Manage the overall delivery of contract training and training support at the facility. Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel. Execute the CTS contract and oversee performance and financial management of human and budgetary resources. Assist with development of training plans and maintenance of training materials. Conduct training, support training administration, and uphold high quality standards throughout the operation. Aim to provide timely and effective training for Air Traffic Control (ATC) personnel. Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of recent Certified Professional Controller (CPC) experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility in a similar level facility. US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Desired Skills

ATC “Area Knowledge” and experience at a level 10 facility or above (strongly desired but not required). Curriculum development experience. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred. Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required. Additional Details
