Contract Site Supervisor - FAA Regional Training Site, Denver, CO Location: DENVER, CO, US Employment type: Full-time Schedule: Day Job Travel: No Clearance: Must be able to obtain Public Trust Minimum Clearance Required: None Summary: We are seeking an experienced ATC supervisory candidate to fill a position as a Full-time, Contractor Site Supervisor (CSS) on the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team providing air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the FAA Regional Training Site located in Denver, CO. The role is responsible for managing the overall delivery of contract training and training support at the facility, including communications with FAA and contract personnel, contract execution, performance and financial management of resources, development of training plans, development and maintenance of training material, conducting training, supporting training administration, and upholding high quality standards to provide timely and effective training for ATC personnel. Responsibilities

Manage overall delivery of contract training and training support at the facility. Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel. Execute the CTS contract and manage performance and financial resources. Assist with development of training plans and maintenance of training materials. Conduct training and support training administration. Adhere to highest quality standards throughout the operation. Utilize strong teaching/platform skills and classroom management techniques; maintain a student-focused drive for continuous improvement. Apply strong technical knowledge of current ATC automation, simulation systems, and procedures. Qualifications

Required Skills Minimum of five (5) years recent Certified Professional Controller (CPC) experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility in a similar level facility. US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Desired Skills ATC “Area Knowledge” and experience at a level 7 or above is strongly desired but not required. Curriculum development experience. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred. Education High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required. Compensation

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. Company and Context
