Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role involves assessing, designing, and implementing treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges.
Description This position is an exciting opportunity to support children and families by providing evidence‑based interventions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful progress for each client. The BCBA will lead treatment planning, data analysis, and staff supervision while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans, reviewing and updating them regularly.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
Meet regularly with the treatment team to review progress and make necessary intervention adjustments.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement and refine treatment plans.
Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
Analyze ABA data and implement data‑driven program changes.
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client under your supervision.

Requirements
Current BCBA Board Certification.
License as an LBA with the state of Utah.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT. Salary: $70,000–$85,000. Hybrid work available.
