We are currently in search of a
Butler , a true bon vivant—a person who loves coordinating logistics of each guest’s stay including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation and exploration of the property. Someone who is a master of timing and communication, ensuring that each guest’s needs are anticipated and met in a way that is fluid, seamless and seemingly effortless. Someone who will begin servicing the guest prior to their arrival up until the time they depart from the hotel.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics of guests’ stays including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation, and exploration of the property.
Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs with precise timing and clear communication to deliver a seamless, effortless experience.
Provide service from pre-arrival through guest departure to ensure a memorable stay.
Qualifications
Passionate about guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Experience in concierge operations; a team player, hard-working, and detail-oriented.
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
