We market products that cover every category of the beverage alcohol industry and represent the world's leading distillers, wineries, and importers. Our team of managers, sales agents, and customer service representatives are here to ensure that you come first. Fedway Associates is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Team, serving the Paterson area including Passaic, Hudson, and Southern Bergen counties.

The Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele. Regular hours are Mon through Friday. Based on the nature of our business, some evening/weekend work is required.

Role & Responsibilities

Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales

Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs

Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship

Provides periodic territory sales reviews

Attends regularly scheduled Customer Events, Meetings, and Product demonstrations

Performs other duties as assigned

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education, Certifications and /or licenses

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position

Bachelor's degree preferred

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift 40 pounds occasionally

Compensation

The compensation for this role is 100% based on commission

Bonus opportunities available

Annual Car allowance of $8,400, paid monthly
