Qualifications
Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals Proficient in conducting psychological evaluations and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities
Provide psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations to students and staff Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop strategies for supporting students' mental health Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations to inform school practices Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Offer training and resources to staff and parents regarding student psychological health Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with ethical guidelines
