Summary:
Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, coordinate kitchen activities, and supervise staff in the absence of the Executive Chef. Responsibilities
Cook following approved recipes and standards, meet deadlines. Supervise food service staff, including interviewing, scheduling, training, and disciplinary actions. Store food safely, handle food properly, and maintain sanitation. Interact with customers, resolve complaints, explain menu items. Monitor inventory and supplies, track production and waste, inform supervisor of low stock. Perform additional duties as assigned. Benefits
