He or she would also perform research assistance by coordinating activities with the external study sites and processing biological samples, performing experiments, and managing and analyzing data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree PLUS (5) five years related experience OR Master's degree PLUS (3) three years related experience. Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day activities of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), federal regulations, sponsor requirements, and institutional policies Recruit, screen, and consent study participants; collect and document clinical and laboratory data accurately and in a timely manner Process, label, store, and ship biological samples in accordance with study protocols and biosafety requirements Perform laboratory experiments, data collection, and quality control procedures as assigned Manage and analyze research data; generate reports, presentations, and manuscripts to support study progress and publications Serve as a liaison between UAMS investigators and external study sites, ensuring clear communication and coordination of study activities Maintain accurate and organized study records, including regulatory documents, source documents, and case report forms Assist with preparation of grant proposals, progress reports, and regulatory submissions Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in clinical research Perform other research-related duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator or study leadership Salary Information:
