Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doral, Florida, for a Front Desk Coordinator at Omnicure Clinical Research. As the first point of contact for patients, sponsors, and staff, this role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized environment. The ideal candidate is courteous, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for service and an interest in contributing to cutting-edge medical research. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on study needs and patient flow. Primary Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and patients with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help Confirm appointments, manage scheduling, and coordinate calendars for patient visits Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and waiting area Collect, certify, and organize essential subject documents (IDs, signed consents, demographics) Ensure bilingual materials (English/Spanish) are readily available for participants Log every inquiry or call in the patient database for future study recruitment Provide basic clerical and administrative support to clinical and regulatory staff Learn and remain familiar with ongoing protocols, study inclusion/exclusion criteria, and consenting processes Support logistics for patient transportation when needed (Uber, Lyft coordination) Assist with maintaining organized regulatory and source document binders Promote and uphold Omnicure’s core values of compassion, excellence, and integrity in every interaction Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish – required Previous experience as a receptionist, medical front desk, or in customer service Highly organized, punctual, and reliable with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, research-driven environment Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic office software Experience in clinical or healthcare settings is a plus Prior experience in clinical research is not required but highly valued High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office or healthcare training is a plus Willingness to grow through on-the-job learning, podcasts, training videos, and other learning tools At Omnicure Clinical Research, every interaction counts.
