Emphasis is placed on electronic structure and its relationship to bonding and the periodic table, the physical states of matter, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, gas laws, solutions, and their chemistry. Kinetics, equilibrium behavior, thermodynamics, acids and bases, solubility equilibria, electrochemistry, and nuclear chemistry are also covered. Responsibilities
Teach chemistry topics in the Science & Engineering department as an adjunct instructor.
