Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, articulating the employer's value proposition Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and external representatives to drive market demand Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to execute the residential sales strategy Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions Own the sales forecasting process for the residential segment, achieving unit and gross profit targets Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles At least 8 years in a sales leadership role within showroom or builder segments Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 45% Preferred Qualifications
