Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully insured products, focusing on the 200-5,000 life segment Continue and expand existing fully and self-insured broker partnerships Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline Manage relationships within a partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders effectively What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment Strong ability to present and communicate effectively to external stakeholders Commitment to the mission of improving the healthcare system How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
