We are seeking a Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct independent basic science experiments in our laboratory under the mentorship of a senior scientist, aiming to build a research portfolio in biomedical research or medicine. Job Responsibilities

Train graduate students and post-doctoral fellows in experimental techniques after gaining experience in the lab. Assist in editing and proofreading grant proposals, reports, and manuscripts, providing suggestions for improvement. Contribute to writing research articles and submitting them for publication. Review relevant scientific literature. Present research findings at lab meetings, engage in scientific discussions, and respond to challenges. Contribute intellectually to project design. Collaborate and communicate results with colleagues. Create figures and diagrams for presentations and publications. Independently modify protocols based on experimental results. Document findings in laboratory notebooks, analyze data, and interpret results. Perform multiple experiments simultaneously and independently. Generate hypotheses, design experiments, and test them. Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must hold a B.S. or B.A. in Biomedical or Physical Sciences, with a commitment of at least two years, not exceeding three years in the position. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels are required. Additional Information

The annual salary range is $47,033.89 - $50,960.00, depending on experience, education, and institutional needs. This range does not include bonuses or additional compensation. For more information, view the Pay Transparency Notice.
