Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Estero, FL for an Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. Daily tasks will include ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The Executive Sous Chef will also assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, and work closely with other departments to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
Extensive culinary skills, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Proven experience in kitchen management and food quality control Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience in high‑end or country club settings is a plus Culinary degree or equivalent work experience Seniority level
