Build and nurture lasting relationships to develop a loyal clientele Exhibit consultative selling skills by assisting customers in vehicle selection through thoughtful questions and attentive listening Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become a vehicle authority Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business Overcome objections and excel in sales situations Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and progress Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends Self-motivated with an ambitious spirit Eager to learn about products and improve sales skills Excellent communication skills with customers and team members Professional appearance Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Additional Benefits
