Overview

Portfolio Sales Representative - Radiology - (Omaha, NE) The primary purpose of the position is to provide direct on-site emergency service, preventive maintenance and installation support to end user customers while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The position is also responsible for assisting in reaching Service Zone Revenue targets with work group sales responsibilities ranging from 1 to 2 MM dollars and to communicate product sales opportunities to Sales and Applications team’s members as needed. Responsibilities

Customer focus/building positive relationships; penetration of systems/accounts and identifying key decision makers and effectively navigating their buying process. Contact on a regular basis with present and prospective customers to promote and sell Bayer corporation pharmaceutical division's products in order to attain or surpass assigned quotas and objectives. Establish and maintain an effective relationship with stakeholders in acute care within Radiology including Radiologists, VPs, Directors, Technologists across Clinical, Financial, and Organizational Roles (Supply Chain, Clinical Engineering, etc.) and hospitals to sell Bayer corporation Radiology division's products and provide information. Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation (coverage, grant/education proposals, etc.) for key customers. Utilize EVS skills and resources in assisting customers with their business; create territory plan including goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant/education proposals, etc.) for key customers. Team with customers as a business partner—proactive in seeking out potential customers, maintain knowledge of long term trends and patterns to create account business plans. Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with small/large system accounts. Communicate complete reports (sales, market information, competitive activity, ideas for new products, promotional activities, technical inquiries, etc.) to division sales manager and the home office or as assigned. Maintain a scientific understanding of all products and clinical papers; perform special assignments, e.g., attending sales, medical and association meetings as assigned. Control expenses within a defined budget, maintain and protect assigned company property; handle expense reports, IT tools, stay current on product information. Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications

BBA/BS Significant sales experience or customer experience with 2+ years of directly related experience Must have a valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in a Biological science or related discipline 5+ years of sales or equivalent customer experience with 2+ years of directly related experience Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $95,660.00 to $143,490.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
