for those interested in long-term career advancement. Responsibilities
Willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within a month of hiring
(study materials provided by Farmers at no cost) Engage with
qualified leads — no cold calling or lead purchasing required, engage in high call volume. Generate insurance quotes and present
customized coverage solutions
to clients Build and maintain
strong, long-term client relationships Identify opportunities to cross-sell multiple lines of insurance, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Maintain organized databases and follow-up pipelines Stay current on insurance products, offerings, and market trends Collaborate with teammates and district leadership to achieve and exceed sales goals Commit to an
in-office schedule Monday through Friday
