Agency Ownership
for those interested in long-term career advancement. Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Farmers Insurance | Mile High District
– This range is provided by Farmers Insurance Mile High District. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Generate insurance quotes and present customized coverage solutions to clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Identify opportunities to cross-sell multiple lines of insurance, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Maintain organized databases and follow-up pipelines Stay current on insurance products, offerings, and market trends Collaborate with teammates and district leadership to achieve and exceed sales goals Commit to an in-office schedule Monday through Friday (hybrid flexibility available with tenure) Engage with qualified leads—no cold calling or lead purchasing required, though high call volume is expected Qualifications
Willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within a month of hiring Study materials provided by Farmers at no cost Benefits
