Sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers by traveling from farm to farm within your protected territory. Drive ongoing business development and build a robust dealer network within agricultural communities. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company\'s growth through commission-based earnings. Qualifications / What Our Top Reps Have
Have many years of sales experience; they know how to sell and what to look for when selecting a company to sell for. Are extremely competitive and always expect to win. Have a connection to the Agricultural community (grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly do business with farmers). Have a background in construction and/or excavation (sold to the construction industry or owned a construction business). Are entrepreneurial; independent, self-driven, and business-minded. Are committed to helping others and may have experience as a firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT. Candidate Requirements
Performers who are experienced hunters capable of showing past successes. Willing and trainable individuals who embrace new ideas. Ambitious with a strong work ethic and no excuses mentality. Independent, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Passionate about the customer, product, and team; trustworthy and aligned with core values. Compensation & Benefits
