Our sales representatives are road warriors, selling STOP-FYRE directly to farmers by driving farm-to-farm. Our average Sales Representatives consistently earn $90,816 and top performers earn over $200,000 annually in commission selling STOP-FYRE® The World\'s Best Fire Extinguisher® directly to farmers within their protected territory. Our candidates must be performers, trainable, ambitious, independent, passionate, and trustworthy. They should have a connection to the agricultural community and a background related to construction and/or excavation, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to helping others. Responsibilities
Sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers by traveling from farm to farm within a protected territory. Represent a unique product and help customers protect what matters most. Qualifications and Characteristics
Experienced salespeople who know how to sell and are excited to do so. Very competitive with a consistent drive to win. Connection to the agricultural community (e.g., grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly does business with farmers). Background in construction and/or excavation (worked in construction, sold to construction, owned a construction business). Entrepreneurial, independent, self-driven, and self-motivated. Commitment to helping others; previous roles in firefighting, law enforcement, military, or EMT are a plus. Compensation and Benefits
100% straight commission structure with significant weekly performance bonuses. Uncapped potential for income based on performance. 1099 outside-sales position with freedom to be your own boss and control your schedule, income, and destiny. What We Seek in Candidates
