Job Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position serves as a liaison between customers, the outside sales team, and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process and positive client experience. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Process quotes, sales orders, and return requests accurately in the system. Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. Monitor open orders and follow up with customers or internal departments as needed. Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications. Generate and distribute regular sales reports. Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic understanding of Hörmann technology. Ability to recommend product solutions to customer needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Nitro; experience with Salesforce and SAP a plus. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Well-developed presentation skills. Excellent customer relations skills. Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented environment. About Hörmann
