Responsible for supporting the sales organization by acting as a brand expert and champion in the field. Facilitates product knowledge and professional development classes for employees at retail partner stores and events, acts as a brand ambassador, and provides on-site support at B2B and B2C events, including virtual education classes (BGTV).

HEAVY TRAVEL REQUIRED - APPROX. 75% OF TIME WILL BE VISITING CUSTOMERS WITHIN TERRITORY (INCLUDING OVERNIGHT TRAVEL AS NEEDED). Essential Functions

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge Conduct high-level sales training seminars for retail sales associates, both in groups and individually Provide one-on-one hands-on training, coaching, and sparring Deliver engaging presentations in person and via BGTV or local media Manage a remote home office when not traveling Attend company tradeshows and events to promote brand awareness Collaborate with sales reps and management to ensure consistent brand messaging Continuously update training programs, processes, and materials Maintain call reports and provide performance feedback Assist in onboarding new employees Create recorded training sessions for ongoing education Qualifications/Requirements

Must be 18 years or older HS Diploma or GED Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to verify with IDs Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension) Reliable personal vehicle with insurance Home office setup with personal laptop Willing to participate in BYOD cell-phone program (stipend provided) Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Valid passport Weekend and holiday availability as needed Education/Experience/License Requirements

2+ years delivering presentations and product training to large groups Background in education is a plus Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation Experience in mattress and bedding accessories is preferable but not required Experience working remotely Experience teaching sales techniques Must Have...

Ability to prioritize, operate efficiently, use sound judgment, recognize opportunities, and evoke change. Strong understanding of retail, follow-up skills, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring skills.
